About This Project
The Ancaster kitchen renovation was designed with two paint colours for the cabinetry, along with wood veneer accent elements. The navy cabinetry offers a unique and moody setting within a mid size space proving that dark colours do not make a space look smaller. Key storage systems including a tall pantry with rollouts, base blind magic corner solution, full size recycling centre and two utility drawer spice organizers offer the client’s important organization elements getting the most out of the space. The addition of open shelving adds personality without taking away from a place to store cookbooks and decorative storage pieces. Having a sink in the island for vision into the family room was important for this family and doesn’t interfere with the focal point in this space.
